Employment Settlement Agreement Fees

We provide a fix price for settlement agreement is £350.00 to £500.00*. If the matter is complex in the nature of law and issues not agreed, then our fee will be calculated at hourly rate of £250.00. please obtain such estimate before to proceed. Please also note that our fee is exclusive of disbursement, such as counsel fee, authority fee, postage fee etc.

Mandatory requirement

• The price displayed is to include:
• taking your client's instructions
• advising them the content of settlement agreement
• Provide certificate of an independent advise.

Fee includes:

• Taking your instructions, open file, ID verification and advising you on the contents of settlement agreement.

Send the certificate of independent advise by recorded delivery to employer if the settlement agreed and signed by client.

How long will my application take?

Matters usually take 1-2 hours from receipt of full instructions from you, unless there is complexity of the issue arises.

*fees are usually paid by the employer unless stated in the agreement then client is to pay at the time of instruction, then we will issue an invoice to client. Please note that above fee is NOT included VAT.
